Since BD began to walk it has always understood very clearly that there are two basic attitudes to life: conformity and defiance. Had it not always gone for the second, its business would not have attained an distinguished position in Spanish design and the international standing that it now enjoys. The headquarters in the Casa Thomas were for many years, more than just a saleroom, a temple and school of top design. A meeting place, for considering and learning. But history is rewritten every day and that of BD, encouraged by the success of new products developed in recent years, took a new turn with a decided backing for strengthening its own production, since it no longer made sense to continue with a multi-brand shop.
