Showtime in Lladró The Fantasy is the name of the collection of porcelain signed by Jaime Hayon for Lladró, the Spanish manufacturer of fine porcelain well known all over the world for its hyper realistic figures. The collaboration of the designer from Madrid with the company from Valencia started last year with a collection of figures , recreating his own personal universe, a mixture of different characters , graphics and objects. Some of them show a special detail and include some of his most rocognized designs, such as the golden lamp Josephine produced by Metalarte or the coloured shoes from Camper Together, reproduced with all details in porcelain by the skilled craftsmen of Lladró.
Among the new creations of this collection, presented for the first time during the fair Maison et Objet in Paris, the poltrona Showtime produced by Bd has a very special place. The developpement has taken nearly two years of hard work.
