If we place a mirror over the wash basin and we want to use it to conceal a discreet cupboard behind it, it should not be any wider than 40cm. so that its door doesn’t get in our way when opened. If we wish to see ourselves as in a triptych, then we must add another two parts to provide reflected images allowing us to view ourselves in profile.
