Doshi Levien is based in London and comprises Nipa Doshi (born in Mumbai in 1971 and raised in Delhi) and Jonathan Levien (born in 1972 in Elgin, Scotland). Levien and Doshi met while studying at the Royal College of Art and began Doshi Levien in 2000, creating design objects and hybrid forms that balance technology, culture and quality craftsmanship. The two have unique signatures in their work, with their objects exploring visual culture within industrial and furniture design. Doshi Levien has a broad range of clients, including Moroso, Swarovski, Intel, Camper, Authentics, Cappellini and BD.
