Shipping and delivery of the products

Return policy

We offer a refund within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspect the product. Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Product warranty

In general, unless expressly provided otherwise, all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years in accordance with the Law.
