Soft shapes and playful experimentation. SAUSAGE is a big, structureless sofa, endlessly adaptable. It’s BD’s first collaboration with designer Willo Perron.
Excessive and bold, SAUSAGE was imagined as a playground for children and adults. It’s soft, flexible, and accessible from all sides. With no fixed structure, it adapts to infinite spatial moods—sit, sprawl, wait, talk, or gather.

“The Sausage, it’s not for formal conversation. It’s for freeballing and maybe getting high and losing yourself in the Sausage.” — Willo Perron

Broadening the limits of design, SAUSAGE creates a sensory experience that brings comfort into the contemporary.

Willo Perron was born in Montreal and is known for creating strong concepts with simple forms and smart use of space. His work includes collaborations with Apple, Adidas, Stüssy, and others. His studio, Perron–Roettinger, explores the limits between design, music, fashion, and culture. His approach is always about scale, experience, and the way we inhabit space.
SAUSAGE was first released as a limited edition in collaboration with Our Legacy Workshop. Only four pieces were made, covered in unique fabrics sourced from leftovers in their warehouse in Sweden. Now, BD launches it as an open edition, available in two fabric types—velvet and canvas—and a wide range of colors.
This sofa invites new ways of being together. It’s soft, radical, and playful.
