Designed by Sabine Marcelis for high-traffic public spaces, the Stedelijk Chair combines a sculptural presence with everyday function. Its flowing silhouette and 100% aluminium construction align naturally with the identity of Sandwich Club, where matching tables and seating create a cohesive spatial language that feels confident and characterful.
Continuous lines, soft curves, and refined geometry reveal Marcelis’s focus on pure form and material expression. Minimalist yet bold, the chair balances durability and elegance, maintaining a strong visual identity while supporting intensive daily use. The project is carried out by OIA, a Barcelona-based architecture and design studio.
